All super new, clean, luminous and carefully decorated. One small room and big living room with integrated kitchen, one bathroom and two varandas. The first facing North beach of the villa. The second facing R. do Norte . So you have morning and afternoon sun . . Equipped with new sheets (for single or couples), towels and kitchen appliances. Cable TV available in the living room, blackout curtains available in all rooms and living room, wifi connection available. Two single beds in the room (90×200) and one sofa-bed (160 x 200) in the living room.

Super well-located apartment in the heart of the charming historic center of the Ericeira Villa. The apartment has a beautiful varanda with an amazing view of the North Beach and the Ericeira villa. Building and the apartments renewed and furnished in 2020. This cosy and beautifully decorated apartment has high standards of hygiene and is special in every detail. Ericeira beaches and restaurants at your feet, so you can feel like a local in Ericeira! The nearest beach is located 2 minutes walking, as well as several others. Super well located, with 1 min walking bakery, 5 min walking pharmacy, supermarket and bus station. You can walk to all the centre villa restaurants and stores. Our personal experience from traveling worldwide and hosting can provide you a great experience. Housekeeping is available upon demand.

Studio for 2 persons, with a 160×200 sofa bed, or if requested we can arrange two single beds of 90×200 each on a small room.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: to improve your safety, additional care with CLEANING due to the Covid-19 is carried out in the apartment (valid until August 2020):
– no previous guests or cleaners in the apartment 24h prior to your arrival
– We carry out cleaning and disinfection of main surfaces with an appropriate product (tables, handles, switches, etc.)
– Personal Protective material (masks and gloves) is used when cleaning the apartment
– The professional responsible for the cleaning wash hands before and after cleaning
– Sheets and towels are washed at higher temperatures and ironed after washing
– Soaps and paper towels are available for guests

We are available during commercial hours (9-18:00 ) through sms, wahtsapp and email. House keeping service is available upon adicional price (20€/hour) from 3pm to 6 pm and should be booked one day before.

Its located in the center of the historical villa, near beaches, bakeries, supermarket, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and shops. All you need is in a walking distance. There are several free parking lots nearby. The center villa of Ericeira is a historic place, with beautiful streets and tradicional Portuguese architecture, all in white and blue. You will have a great time walking by, getting to know some charming spots of this historical place.

You don’t need a car to enjoy Ericeira villa. You can do everything by foot. In case you want to visit other locations, such as Ribeira D,Ilhas beach you can rent a bike or take an uber (5 minutes by car), or if you want to visit Mafra´s Palace you can take an uber (15 min by car). From Lisbon Airport to Ericeira it’s aproximatley 30 minutes car drive.
