Parati Apartments, was created to provide exclusive apartments, with first class linen and design. We are located at heart center of Ericeira walking distance from every thing you need in this fisherman’s village. Parati in Portuguese means “for you”, so choose your apartment and feel like a local in Ericeira.
Ilha Grande Ltd: was founded in 2017, with a DNA from someone that has traveled the world in exclusive Hotels in different cultures around the world. Our objetive is to provide to our clients a pleasant stay, on our well located apartments in Ericeira. We offer comfort and high cleaning standards.
INTERAÇÃO COM HOSPEDES / Availability from Host
We are available during commercial hours (9-18:00 ) through sms, wahtsapp and email. House keeping service is available upon adicional price (20€/hour) from 3pm to 6 pm and should be booked one day before.

Reservations are non-refundable 20 days before arrival day. In case you cancel your reservation with more than 20 days in advance you will have a 50% reimbursement.

HOUSE KEEPING HOURS (Additional – $ 20 / Hour)
Between from 15:00 –18:00. Should book one day before.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of people that booked, and it´s not permitted to exceed this number
House Keeping can be booked on the day before for an additional price of 20€/hour. Its available from 3 to 6 pm.
If you broke anything, let us know so we can repair it. Additional fee may be charged depending on the item
Act in accordance to the building’s rules and norms
In case any of the rules above is not respected, a fine may be applied.
OUTRAS INFORMAÇÕES / Other Information
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: to improve your safety, additional care with CLEANING due to the Covid-19 is carried out in the apartment (valid until August 2020):
– no previous guests or cleaners in the apartment 24h prior to your arrival
– We carry out cleaning and disinfection of main surfaces with an appropriate product (tables, handles, switches, etc.)
– Personal Protective material (masks and gloves) is used when cleaning the apartment
– The professional responsible for the cleaning wash hands before and after cleaning
– Sheets and towels are washed at higher temperatures and ironed after washing
– Soaps and paper towels are available for guests
Super well-located apartment in the heart of the charming historic center of the Ericeira Villa. The apartment has a beautiful varanda with an amazing view of the North Beach and the Ericeira villa. Building and the apartments renewed and furnished in 2020. This cosy and beautifully decorated apartment has high standards of hygiene and is special in every detail. Ericeira beaches and restaurants at your feet, so you can feel like a local in Ericeira! The nearest beach is located 2 minutes walking, as well as several others. Super well located, with 1 min walking bakery, 5 min walking pharmacy, supermarket and bus station. You can walk to all the centre villa restaurants and stores. Our personal experience from traveling worldwide and hosting can provide you a great experience. Housekeeping is available upon demand.
